This little green sauce brings a vibrant punch to veggies, grilled dishes, salads, bread or a dip. It’s a nice addition to the table.
It’s a versatile sauce that all diets will enjoy: vegans, paleo, meat eaters or just your average foodie.
Most of the time it’s a staple anytime we BBQ. It adds a freshness to the grilled dishes but doubles as a dressing. Hope you enjoy it as much as our family and friends.
In the food processor add the following ingredients:
1 bunch of cilantro
1 bunch of flat leaf parsley
Few springs of mint
Juice of 3 lemons
1 tbsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Blend on low until combined, about 1 minute.
Next then food processor on high and slowly add the olive oil while blending.
3/4 cup olive oil
Ready to service! Keeps in fridge for a couple days. Eat fresh if possible.
