The ultimate ✨🍕✨What made this pizza so special?!?

An Olive & Mushroom tapenade as the base.




I sautéed 1 1/2 lbs. of sliced mushrooms in olive oil until they were soft. Added a tbsp of herbs de Provence and salt to season. Then I transferred the mushrooms to the food processor with one cup of black olives. Blend until it becomes similar to a paste. It’s done ✅Now roll out your prepared pizza dough. Spread the mushroom/olive tapenade. Then add thinly sliced potatoes, marinated artichokes, cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crust is golden. I topped ours with arugula leaves and balsamic reduction. #bestPIZZAever
